Female hair loss is common. Try these powerful home remedies.

If you are a woman who’s losing her hair, you know how embarrassing this can be. You can only hide under a hat for so long, and then you’re faced with seeking a remedy. Luckily, there are some great remedies you can use in the privacy of your own home.

The first place you should start is with your diet. Make sure you are getting enough proteins and natural Vitamin A through green leafy vegetables and carrots, among other foods. Once you have your healthy diet in place, you’re ready to move on to some actual hair treatments.

One of my favorite home remedies is scalp massages. Whether you use a scalp massage oil in the shower or a special electric massagers, these feel so good! The reasoning behind scalp massages is that it stimulates your scalp, promoting healthy hair growth. It can also reduce any buildups that might be blocking the hair follicles.

There are several homemade scalp massage treatments available. One popular option is to mix a honey and egg yolk mixture, which is then rinsed with apple cider vinegar. Aromotherapists combine six drops each of lavendar and bay essential oils into four ounces of almond oil. Massage this into the scalp, let it sit for 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Rosemary and sage have been shown to be effective herbs for external use. Brew these herbs in hot water, strain, cool, then use to rinse hair daily. You can also add nettle root extract, which is rich in Vitamin C, to this herbal hair tea.

Aloe vera has long been used to promote healthy hair and prevent hair loss. You can mix pure aloe vera gel, coconut milk, and a small amount of wheat germ oil to make a natural shampoo.

Finally, many people swear by cleansing and detoxification regimens, with the understanding that toxins can cause scalp conditions, as well as many unrelated physical problems.

Are you a female going bald? Don’t worry! there are plenty of cures!

Are you a female going bald? Don’t worry! There are plenty of cures. Female pattern baldness is a common problem among women. While there are many factors that contribute to hair loss, some of the biggest causes are related to age, genetics, nutrition deficiency (especially of folic acid) and hormonal changes. As the body changes, the hair can also become affected in some shape or form. While the first reaction would be to buy a chemical based commercial product to treat your hair loss, there are some alternative options that are considered more lasting and cost effective. These treatments are referred to as hair loss home remedies. Here are some common treatments that have been effective for many with female pattern baldness:

Females who are experiencing baldness may first start to notice hair thinning all over the scalp except the front line. This is the common trait in female pattern baldness and should be treated before the condition gets worse. The faster you react to the problem, the easier the process will be to return the natural balance of your hair growth.

Coconut milk- One of the most affordabe treatments comes in the form of milk! What makes this treatment so effective is how simple the application process is. Just pour the milk over your scalp and let sit for at least 10 minutes. Then, rinse the milk out; however, you can leave the coconut milk in your hair without any damaging effects. Not only will you have shinier and health looking hair, you will also stimulate the scalp, which is the common denominator in hair loss and female pattern baldness.

Folic acid nutrition- One of the most common reasons behind hair loss is inadequate nutrition in the body. This is especially true with folic acid deficiency. Anyone can get access to folic acid using natural remedies such as organic vitamin pills or certain foods which contains this vitamin; wheat cereal and grains, whole wheat bread and orange juice are one of the easiest ways to attain folic acid.

As you can see, there are many ways to treat hair loss with natural remedies. The key is using these treatments consistently along with other methods to enhance hair growth again.
